Dr. Neera Agrawal passed her MBBS and MS from King George Medical College, Lucknow in 1991. She was a Senior Resident Surgeon at the same hospital for one year. She has been a pioneer in the field of Refractive Surgery in Delhi. She was one of the first few eye surgeons in Delhi to perform Excimer & Lasik surgery and has performed about 20 thousand Lasik surgeries, besides training other doctors for it. She has also performed about 2000 Cornea transplants and more than 20 thousand Cataract surgeries. She was also a senior consultant at Max Hospital, Panchsheel, and Saket. Over the years, Dr. Neera has also been the guest speaker at many national ophthalmology conferences.

The doctor was extremely friendly and very through. The staff took my history and then they gave me a through and comprehensive eye check up.
They were also very patient about explaining each procedure thoroughly and answering all my questions. They explained the results of my eye test to me as well.
It's a great pace with friendly staff and very competent doctors.

Poor patient service I went to get my eye check up on 14th April ,2022 and I was given a spects number but I was irritated for last 14 days today I again went to see Dr Neera again due to persistent blurred vision * **** ** **** **** *** ** ***** ******** ********* *** *** ***** *** ***** ** *** ** ***** * *** ****** ******* ** ** ****** **
I told Dr Neera that I have spent almost 2500 to 3000 rs to change the glasses of my spects . To my surprise she gave a wonderful response you should not get glasses change in all the spects all together *** *** *** ****** ** ***** *** ** ** ** **** ************ **** ***** **** * Seriously doctor of such reputation and response was so incautious .
I almost driver 60 kms in a day and i was like what has happened to my eyes .
Didn't expect this type of service from your hospital mam .
One more point for the attention that she wrote a medicine called comforiz which is not available at local medical store .

Visited the clinic for doctor's opinion on my cornea topography. Apparently, at clinic topography machine was not working, so doctor asked me to accompany her to another clinic where she was to perform LASIK. An assistant conducted my cornea's topography and handed over the report to me. Doctor gave me opinion in the middle of her LASIK hardly spending a minute analysing my report. If I am spending a hefty amount on the report, I expected at least 5 minutes of doctor's time and understand what other steps need to be taken by me so that everything remains in control.
Won’t recommend to anyone as doctor isn’t professional at all not even given full time to the patients as she was in hurry to go out . She has just given 2mins to the patients and handed over the patients to her office staff . Very bad experience will never recommend to anyone. Very unprofessional.
Doctor helped me a lot . experience was superb always able to help me. She guided me on call in emergency case. She is very good doctor.

Doctor spent only 2 minutes , hoping she will tell something details about problem, but that not happened.
Very convincing , felt secure and assured . Doc takes care and goes into all details to the complete satisfaction of the patient. Mothers surgery went off well.
